My Logbook reads MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ONE AND ALL FROM SANTA CHOPS AND FATHER GOPHER
On Christmas Day some of us have to work, so its a 6.30am rise and 7.00 breaky and on the road to Jaipur by 8. We head south west from Delhi thru Delhi state, then Haryana before entering Rajasthan.
Its a fairly short run on reasonable Indian roads that are not as congested as some we have travelled on, We pass towns of Gurgoan and Alwar before reaching Amber approx. 15kms short of Jaipur. Here we shall meet our guide and host in Jaipur, Mr Eugene Pram. We will take an elephant ride up to Amber Palace for a guided tour.
After the tour its straight to our hotel to get arranged for a Christmas night dinner and party.

          07.00 Breakfast
          08.00 Depart for Jaipur
          12.00 Arrive Amber Palace
           2.30pm Depart Amber
           3.00   Arrive Jaipur
           7.00 for 8.00pm Christmas Dinner, Night Party+ Christmas Tree.
Hotel   Hotel Khetri House An old Marharajah's Palace. Spacious lawns, large and mixed bedrooms, Good party room.
Bed, Breakfast and Evening meal accommodation.
