It is a pity that many of those who knew him and cared about him, cannot see him off. Sometimes the process of knowing people have departed can be helped realized by being there. I fully understand the family's decision as that too is a personal decision. It should be good for those who can make it to the wake to celebrate knowing him and rekindle friendships.
